I’m doing good. Gonna have some chicken soup cuz I’m getting over a cold =) I’m also gettin used to the hunger.

But also coffee and grapes.

Coffee gives me the runs. That’s sexy.

Went down a couple pounds! My highest weight was like 229 lbs so went down 6 pounds totally! 

Ok, not gonna lie.

Yesterday, I forgot about my diet and had a 400 calorie piece of pizza, bringing my calorie count up to around 600 or 700 calories I’d say.

But today I’m back on track. Had grapes and coffee, and a chicken wrap for dinner (Only chicken lettuce and cheese).

Total calorie count is about 400-480 calories all day. My cutoff time for eating is 8 p.m. everyday. I feel confident and I’m about to a FORMAL FIRST weigh-in. I’ll post that in a second.

Huh…woke up not that hungry. Gonna make some coffee and have a smoke.
